We work to process and ship your orders in a timely fashion

We offer free shipping for orders that total $50 or more, before any applied tax or shipping charge. The qualifying total applies to merchandise only.

Your TownShop.com order will be shipped by USPS or Fed Ex. Please note the following shipping rates that apply for both.

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING POLICY

*We ship overnight packages Monday through Thursday at 3 p.m. for next day delivery by Friday.

*Overnight orders placed on Friday will be received on Monday.

*Overnight orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Fed Ex and UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO boxes due to U.S. Post Office regulations. Unfortunately, we do not have control over these policies.

Additional shipping costs may apply to over sized items as well as deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Unfortunately, at this time, Same Day Delivery for our Manhattan customers is not available.

Orders are always filled as quickly as possible as. Our customers are our top priority.

Out-of-Stock Items

If an item is out-of-stock at the time of your order; a Town Shop representative will contact you via email or phone.

You will be offered the option to be contacted via e-mail or phone when the item is back in stock and available for order.

Shipping Charges will be waived on all out of stock items.
