Here at the Town Shop, we strive for perfection. Wrong Size? Wrong Color? Not Satisfied? No problem!
We want you to be happy with your purchase from us. We will gladly take back any merchandise that is unworn, with tags and in its original condition for a refund, exchange, or online credit.
If your purchase has been made within the last 30 days, follow the three easy steps below.
- On the packing slip circle the item you are returning.
- Place your unworn merchandise with original tags, along with the packing slip, in the Town Shop packaging.
- Mail to:

You will be refunded within 3 business days of when your return arrives.
We do not cover return shipping charges. If you are returning an item(s), you are responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend sending your package(s) via an insured and traceable method, because we cannot be held responsible for lost of any packages. In the rare instance that you receive an incorrect or damaged item, the Town Shop will then cover all shipping cost including the replacement of your item(s).
Any purchases returned UNWORN, UNWASHED with ORIGINAL TAGS after the 30-day mark will result in an online credit only.
A Few Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: BRA INSERTS, NIPPLE COVERS, or ADHESIVE PRODUCTS.
We do not accept PACKAGED HOISIERY ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN OPENED.
Any item with a price that ends in $.99 is a FINAL SALE ITEM, meaning no refund or exchange will be accepted.
