Creating an account on
TownShop.com is simple, safe and easy. All you need to do is:

  • Click the account icon in the top right-hand side of the screen. If you are an existing customer, Sign In, or select the Register here option to create a new one. Enter the required information and have your account set up in no time.

  • Alternatively, you can create an account while checking out. For future purchases, we save your shipping and billing addresses, phone number, and email address.

You can enter your 'Gift card or Discount code' on the checkout page, under Payment. To redeem the offer, simply enter the card number/discount code and select Apply.

On our Checkout page under “Billing and Payment,” there is an option to enter your “Gift card or Discount code”. Enter the discount code and click “Apply”.

Orders and Shipping

  • To update your address, go to the Account icon and select the Addresses option.
  • You will then get an option to either Add a New Address or Edit/Delete the existing one. Click on the preferred option to continue.
  • Enter the location details and select the Set as default address option if you want the address to be the default choice during checkouts.
  • To finish, click on the Update Address button.

You make the required changes during checkout if your billing and shipping addresses differ.

  • You can check the status of your order using any of the methods listed below.
  • Log in to your account to check the status of your purchase.
  • Check your registered email address's inbox or spam folder. You will be notified via email when your order has been processed. You will also receive tracking updates in the mail.
  • You can click on the question mark icon on the right bottom of the screen. Enter your order and contact details. It will display the order status then.
  • You can also email customer support at pat@townshop.com for any updates related to your order.

Yes, you can choose to gift wrap the orders.

If an item is out of stock at the time of your purchase, a representative from Town Shop will get in touch with you via email. When the item is back in stock, you will be notified via email. Shipping costs on all out-of-stock items will be waived as a gesture of appreciation for your patience.

Our promotional emails keep you up to speed on the latest lingerie trends and other Town Shop news. You can subscribe to receive first-hand updates by entering your email address in the footer tab and completing the process by clicking on the Subscribe button.
