In the Fall of 1999, the first Fleur't collection was developed from owner and designer Nancy Yoo's simple need: flirty, feminine lingerie that fits and feels good. Accented with delicate embroidery and whimsical appliqués, Nancy created a line beautiful enough for special occasions, yet comfortable enough for every day.
