How do I return an item?

Here at the Town Shop, we strive for perfection.

Wrong Size? Wrong Color? Not Satisfied?
No problem!

Every customer who visits our store enjoys individual attention from experienced fitters who are trained to determine your personal needs.
Because ordering through our website does not allow you to be fitted in person, we understand that some online purchases may not suit your needs.

It is our policy to guarantee each item purchased on our site.
If your not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unworn items with original tags attached, for a refund, exchange, or online credit.

At the Town Shop, we believe that returning your items should be as easy as 1, 2, 3!

If your purchase has been made within the last 30 days, follow the three easy steps below.

1. On the packing slip circle the item you are returning.

2. Place your unworn merchandise with original tags, along with the packing slip, in the Town Shop packaging.

Upon receiving your return, any credits or charges due will be issued to the original credit card.

Town Shop does not cover return shipping charges.

In the rare instance you that you receive an incorrect or damaged item, the Town Shop will then cover all shipping cost.

Any purchases returned, unworn with original tags attached, after the 30-day mark will result in an online credit only.
While keeping this in mind, please be aware that all items must be unworn with original tags still attached.

*Please note the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Bra inserts, Nipple covers and Adhesive bras.

We will not accept returns on hosiery items that have been opened.

Any item with a price that ends in $.98 is a FINAL SALE ITEM.
No refunds or exchanges will be accepted.
